Wholesale and Reinsurance Brokerage Services

Operating under the company name VK Howden, we offer brokerage placement and advisory services to retail insurance brokers, reinsurance brokers, or ceding companies for Directors and Officers Liability Products, FIPI, BBB, and Misc. Professional Liability products. The Company has a strong regional focus on Latin America, which includes Mexico , Central America, South America and the Caribbean, including Puerto Rico .

Some of the services the company offers to its clients include:

1. D&O & PI program creation and structuring
2. Placement negotiation with insurers and reinsurers located in Latin America, the U.S. , and Europe .
3. Policy and Coverage design
4. Coverage explanations and presentations to current or prospective Original Insureds
5. Organization of conference calls and road shows for Original Insureds to present their risk to Reinsurers.
6. Assist Original Insured in preparing its renewal information and presentation to reinsurers.
